ICG Commerce, a leading procurement outsourcing specialist, has signed a multi-year agreement with Whirlpool Corporation, the world's leading manufacturer of home appliances. The contract engages ICG Commerce to help drive cost reductions by aggressively attacking $1 billion of indirect expenditures across the U.S. with services that include sourcing, category management and transaction processing.
